If you want to slice truffles like Big Sam, we have Sanelli truffle slicers (Made in Italy, olive wood body and serrated blade) available for purchase through the form below for $90.
Delivery information:
Orders will be delivered Tuesday 10th & Wednesday 11th
If you are not able to receive your delivery on either day or you have any time frame restrictions please do not place an order.
We deliver only to the suburbs available through the below order form, forcing other suburbs into different fields will result in a cancelled order. Delivery fees are calculated by suburb and shown before payment.
Note: we will not be able to come inside for any deliveries and would greatly appreciate street-side pickup on arrival and a mask worn at all times.

Inspired by the taste of his travels to Italy, Canada, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Malaysia to name a few, he has worked in Sydney’s top restaurants like Mr. Wong, Ms.G’s, Queen Chow, Totti’s and more recently as Lotus’s head chef. As one of Australia’s top chefs, he believes that it takes more than just flavours to elevate food from good to great – it’s the complete experience that comes with it.
Currently, Sam Young cooks delicious home meal kits and brings them to your door. Moving from planned menus into curated dining experiences, he loves delighting diners with his #BSYexperience twist – often with shavings of truffle or dollops of caviar.
